Minutes - June 2, 2008

In attendance:  Rena Hagenbuch, Jeanne Rodrigues, Cindy Pinnix, Andrea Causey, Richard Causey, Pat Thompson, MariBeth Horn, Debbie Wahl, Brian Height

Treasurer Report -  All accounts were reported and accepted.

Tuxedo and Gowns:  all cleaned @ dry cleaners by Lindenwold speedline (except robes.  One tux did not come home from Boston - need to follow-up with hotel, bus, venue.

TriM & Honors Recital -  Tuesday, June 3rd at 7:30 - kids arrive at 6:30 - light refreshments and and cookies at intermission in back of auditorium - sell candy and water

Marching Band Competition -  Sunday, Sept 21st.  Silver show costs $2,875 (we saved $285 by paying balance by June 1st)  Up to 8 bands participate.  Add'l bands $275 each.  There will be no press box.   First planning meeting will be July 9th at 7pm.

Scholarships - Four recipients chosen.  Checks to be presented at banquet - plaques to be given at Senior Awards.

Year End Banquet - Friday night - June 6th - 6-10pm - need help with set up at 1:00 - 2 cakes from BJ's - kids to bring beverages - Mike Ricco DJ 

Graduation - June 17th. 

Golf Outing - June 25th - Need sponsors, tee ads, golfers.  Will mention at Tri-M & banquet - need to contact corp sponsors.  Meeting at Jeanne's on June 19th at 7pm. Basket of cheer if possible.

4th of July Parade:  Do both Berlin and Pine Hill - Brandon to direct - kids need to sign up - Rena to check for truck to pull float/flat bed - need to get the float/flatbed - need school banner.

Marching Band - Rehearsals start July 2nd - 6-9pm - then every Wednesday.  Band Camp the week of Aug 25th - Brian to get competition dates to Jeanne.
